Our farm produces a large chemical-free garden each Spring that includes various types of seasonal vegetables. We often plant and harvest corn, cucumbers, okra, tomatoes, peas, beans, peppers, melons, and various types of squash.
The Fall garden frequently includes turnips, collards, mustards, and lettuces.
Herbs are grown in season as well as an asparagus patch that we will begin harvesting in the Spring of 2021.
The farm is also the home to muscadine grapes, figs, raspberries, blueberries, pears, and persimmons.
